SHIPPING/DELIVERY Policy:


1) To ensure that your order reaches you in our standard time (6 to 12 working days) and in good condition, we will ship through standard courier agencies like Delhivery, FedEx, Ecom Express, and many more.


Note: If we ship through the postal service then it may take more time.

2) If you are a new user then, our executive may contact you and confirm your order (For perfect delivery our executive will confirm from you; your exact delivery address and pin code). If your Pin code is not serviceable or we are not able to send the material then, you have to give us another address and pin code.


3) If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, click some pictures of the package and write instructions to courier boy (The package is tampered or damaged in courier so, I will not accept the order) and send us a mail at stepupify.labs@gmail.com mentioning your order reference number and attached pictures or call our Customer Care. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.


4) Delivery time mentioned on the product, cart page or website is estimated. Actual delivery time is based on the availability of a product, weather condition and address where the product is to be delivered, and the courier company's rules.


Note: If your address is an ODA location then, you have to self-collect the parcel from the courier office. We will provide a courier office address and number. Also, our customer care executive will keep in touch with you.

Guarantee/Warranty:


All items are delivered with standard warranty mentioned in the product description to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect.If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within two days from date of shipment of any defective product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. We will replace or repair the damaged products at free of cost with shipping prepaid by us. In case ,we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.

To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product.If the particular item is not in stock to replace ,we will provide the full refund.

In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc., we are providing 2 days time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint on the customer support number. Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue the guidelines for the return. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us.In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Return Guidelines:


Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repaired by the customer or by Remote telephonic help from the STEPUPIFY Team, we will connfirm and guide for the return. Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.

Limits Of Responsibility:


We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products.Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
