2.What is the utility of the attachments supplied with the machine ?
a. 80 teeth blade is used for crop harvesting such as paddy , wheat, maize, green fodder, etc and for cutting thicker weeds. b. 3 teeth blade is used to cut long thin weeds and grasses c. Nylon trimmer is used for trimming very short soft grass like lawn grass. d. Crop Collector or Paddy guard is used for collecting crops like paddy, wheat, green fodder grass while harvesting e. Weeder - There are three types of weeder/tiller suiting various weeding/tilling needs on the farm/garden. 4.Can I vary the speed/rpm of the machine ?
- No, you can’t vary the speed of the machine. Only, the switch for On and Off operation can be done using MCB switch on the machine. The machine works at maximum rpm as per the load conditions and hence there is no need of speed varying by the user.
5.What are the safety measure available on the machine to prevent overloading of the motors and hence burn out ?
- There is a cicuit breaker switch as well as MCB switch to automatically cut-off power to the brush cutter in case of overload.
6.What are the operational safety precautions for using this brush cutter machine?
a. A plastic safety guard is supplied with the machine to protect the user from injury due to flying stones and other particles. The user should always use the machine with plastic safety guard properly installed on the machine. b. It is advised to wear PPE ( Personal Protective Equipment) – safety goggles, industrial shoes and helmet while using the machine to prevent any accidental injury.
7.Can I operate the brush cutter continuously for a longer duration more than 2-3 hours. Will it get heated or damage the machine ?

9.Is the machine waterproof ?
- Though machine’s construction is such that it makes it waterproof but don’t submerge the machine in water. It will damage the electrical parts. The battery holder with battery shall be protected from rainfall during operation by putting a waterproof plastic cover over it while using it during mild rainfall.

10. Can the brush cutter be comfortably used by persons of varying heights ?
- Yes, the belt hanging hooks can be adjusted to accommodate persons of varying heights to comfortably operate the brush cutter. Also, the length of the belts on the battery holder backpack can be adjusted.
11. I have a petrol engine brush cutter .I want to convert it to a battery powered brush cutter .How can I do it ?
- Stepupify Labs provides high quality Motor Kit with Lithium Ferrous Phosphate battery and compatible charger. Just we need to know the diameter of your brush cutter shaft pipe whether it is 26 mm or 28 mm. We supply compatible motor kit accordingly. Conversion is very easy and kindly contact the customer support number for guidance about it.

- 6 months warranty on the motor box - 1 year manufacturer warranty on charger - 3 year warranty on LFP battery ** There is no warranty for the physical damage of the parts. Also proper polarity shall be maintained while hooking up the charger with battery and the machine with battery. However , we provide proper connectors to disable accidental opposite polarity connection of battery and charger .No warranty claim will be entertained if battery and charger is connected in opposite polarity by the user.

Please note that though nylon trimmer can be attached to this machine but its performance is better in Hi Torque Model as it needs more torque.

-12 volt 18 Ah Exide SMF (dry battery) , weight – 5 kg with 1 year manufacturer warranty on battery , battery backup – 3 – 3.5 hours Note: Please note that 12 volt Lithium Ferrous Phosphate battery can also be used with this machine giving much longer backup and long battery life of 7 – 10 years with 3 years warranty on LFP battery.LFP battery would be much more expensive as compared to the above mentioned Exide SMF battery.
3.Can I vary the speed/rpm of the machine ?
