1)How to order ?

Ans - You can call/whatsapp our customer contact number: +91-7011865024 to confirm the product you are interested in purchasing. They will guide you through the steps for ordering online. Also, you can visit our premises and collect your product physically.


2) Is Cash on Delivery(COD) option available ?

Ans - Yes, COD facility is available. But ,you have to make advance payment of nominal token amount as guided by the customer support executive. We don't do full COD to save ourselves from fake orders


3) When will my product get delivered after making purchase ?

Ans - Normally, it takes 5-7 days to get the product delivered after dispatch. But, this may vary due to various conditions on the part of courier partner. Please see our shipping & refund page for more details


4) How to install the equipment after receiving it in packed condition ?

Ans - Please refer to the installation guide and demo videos on Installation Guide. Our equipments support DIY installation with easy guide provided by us for installation.Please see the product installation guide page and find the installation guide and demo video corresponding to the equipment purchased.


5)How to avail guarantee/warranty or service ?
