STEP I
1. Contact/Whatsapp: +91-7011865024
2. Ask for your queries & current price of the equipment required.
3. Select the payment mode: Prepaid/COD
4. Make advance payment to the company's bank account.
STEP II
1.Your order is processed and components are tested and the test details is sent to you with the list of items and packaging images
2.The consignment is booked through the courier partners and the transport label with tracking id/AWB is shared to you.
3. You can do live tracking of your consignment through the given AWB on the shared transport label.
STEP III
1.The item reaches to your door step through the selected courier service.
2. Check for the transport label and inspect if there is any damage to the package.In case of damage, please report us at the earliest.
3. In case of COD order, make the required payment to the courier representative.
4. Open the package , assemble the equipment as per the installation instructions and videos on the link : Installation Guide
5. Follow proper polarity while hooking up the electrical components.
